| C.L.I.C.K. is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. As of April 5, 2007, C.L.I.C.K. is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to C.L.I.C.K. are deductible under section 170 of the Code. C.L.I.C.K. is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. C.L.I.C.K. is a public charity. C.L.I.C.K.'s charitable status includes, but is not limited to, relief of the poor, the distressed or the underprivileged lessening the burdens of government, lessening neighborhood tensions, eliminating prejudice and discrimination, defending human and civil rights secured by law, and combating community deterioration and juvenile delinquency. C.L.I.C.K. comprehensively and holistically provides social/human services and assistance to improve the social and psychological functioning of children, adolescents, adults and their families. C.L.I.C.K. provides and/or link the individual, the group, and/or the family in crisis toward optimal care, prevention and intervention with social and academic services (G.E.D. and College), which will increase awareness possibly leading to self-efficacy and self-worth. C.L.I.C.K. provides community-based re-entry residential housing for aftercare to previously incarcerated individuals to reduce recidivism and to those who have not been incarcerated, such as half-way, transitional and recovery houses/homes, which will be family-based sober living environments for drug-free communities to males and females who are or were addicted to drugs and/or alcohol, in addition to wrap-around supportive services, such as reentry planning activities in the form of referrals/linkages/bridges to other human/social service programs providing community/family-based aftercare to previously incarcerated individuals to reduce recidivism. C.L.I.C.K. provides second chance homes/housing to female adults and teenagers with or without children, who may or may not have been subjected to domestic violence; who may or may not be pregnant, providing referrals/linkages/bridges to other human/social service programs for juveniles. C.L.I.C.K. provides interim, transitional and permanent supportive housing for the homeless and the previously addicted with referrals/linkages/bridges to other human/social service programs. C.L.I.C.K. provides 24-hour child care programs, along with providing additional educational and psychological services through referrals/linkages/bridges to other human/social service programs; along with any and all other housing, employment and supportive service through referrals/linkages/bridges to other human/social service programs for the disenfranchised and disadvantaged. C.L.I.C.K. provides consultation and assistance on completion of 501c3 applications. C.L.I.C.K. does not and will not give legal advice or consultation on any legal issues. |
